Looks like Sean “Diddy” Combs just can’t stay away from the headlines — even from behind bars. His prison release date has been moved up yet again, now set for January 24, 2028, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons website.
That’s a full month earlier than his previously expected release of February 23, 2028. And this isn’t the first time his timeline has shrunk. Earlier this year, his release was bumped up from April 2028 to February, and now it’s been trimmed once more.
Officials haven’t publicly explained why the date keeps shifting.
The good news comes right after Diddy was placed in solitary confinement at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. Sources say he got into a violent scuffle with another inmate, though he reportedly “held his own” during the fight. It’s unclear how long he’ll remain in isolation.
Remember, Diddy was sentenced to 50 months in prison back in October 2025 after his conviction on two prostitution charges. Despite the solitary stint, his overall stay keeps getting shorter.
With each update rewriting his timeline, what’s next for the music mogul?
