According to investigators, the alleged victim later disclosed the incidents during a forensic interview, leading to an investigation. Joseph was arrested in Arkansas in March 2026 and faces charges related to alleged lewd and lascivious conduct involving a child under 12. He has been held pending extradition to Florida.
