Lewis Hamilton is facing a heartbreaking situation as his beloved dog, Roscoe, battles for his life in the hospital. The Formula One superstar took to Instagram to share the distressing news, asking fans for their thoughts and prayers as Roscoe fights pneumonia and is currently in a coma.
In a heartfelt post, Hamilton revealed the challenges Roscoe has faced this week. He explained that the English Bulldog was struggling to breathe due to pneumonia and required hospitalization. “He was admitted and sedated for treatment, but during the checks, his heart stopped,” the 40-year-old driver shared.
Fortunately, doctors were able to revive Roscoe’s heartbeat, but the situation remains critical as he is now in a coma. Hamilton expressed his uncertainty about Roscoe’s recovery, saying, “We don’t know whether he will wake from this. Tomorrow we’ll try to wake him up. I’m by his side and want to thank you all for your prayers and support.”

Roscoe is not just a pet; he has his own following of over one million fans on social media and even appeared in “F1: The Movie.” Known for his plant-based diet, Roscoe is a brand ambassador for vegan dog food, mirroring Hamilton’s own lifestyle choices.
As the racing icon navigates this emotional ordeal, fans are rallying behind him and Roscoe. Will this beloved bulldog pull through?
