Just when fans thought Britt and Rocco had finally escaped the chaos of Port Charles, General Hospital dropped a chilling preview that suggests their journey may be headed toward tragedy.
After weeks off-screen, Britt and Rocco finally resurface during the week of June 15-19. But instead of a happy reunion or a daring escape, viewers are greeted with a horrifying sight: Britt lying motionless on the floor as a panicked Rocco rushes to her side.
The preview offers only a few seconds of footage, but they’re enough to send fans into a frenzy.
“No, no, no, no!” Rocco cries as he discovers Britt unconscious. The terrified teen immediately reaches for a phone and calls for help, seemingly abandoning the secrecy that has kept them hidden since leaving Port Charles.
