In a stunning real estate move, Sean “Diddy” Combs has sold his luxurious Star Island estate for an impressive $55 million, as confirmed by TMZ. The sale marks a significant moment for the music mogul, who is currently serving a lengthy sentence in federal prison.
The stunning waterfront property, located at 1 West Star Island, was acquired by JFStar LLC, a real estate firm based in Virginia Beach, according to reports from The Real Deal. This deal appears to have been conducted off-market, with the buyer reportedly securing an $18.5 million mortgage to finance the purchase.
Diddy originally bought the sprawling nearly 8,000-square-foot estate from music icon Gloria Estefan and her husband, Emilio, back in 2021. The property boasts a two-story main house, a guest house, six bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, a luxurious pool, a spa, and a dock perfect for waterfront activities.

Despite this sale, Diddy still retains ownership of his adjacent property at 2 Star Island. This location gained attention earlier this year when federal authorities conducted a raid as part of an investigation into allegations involving Diddy. However, the estate that was sold was not part of that raid.

In a later trial, Diddy was acquitted of charges related to 𝒔𝒆𝒙 trafficking and racketeering but was found guilty on two counts related to the Mann Act, which involves transporting individuals across state lines for sexual purposes.
As the dust settles on this high-profile sale, fans and followers are left wondering what the future holds for Diddy and his remaining properties. What will he do next in his remarkable journey?
