THIS is the sickening moment a British tourist is violently mugged in broad daylight and then left for dead.
Harrowing footage shows the moment a 67-year-old British man is brutally beaten and robbed in a violent assault in Benidorm, Spain.

The man is punched so hard in the face he falls to the floor, his attacker then repeatedly kicks him.
After the beating outside Hotel Agir on June 28, the victim lay motionless on the pavement as the attacker callously rifled through his pockets, abandoning him unconscious and alone.
Police later arrested two men, aged 19 and 21, who were charged with violent robbery, theft and assault causing bodily harm.
The suspects are understood to be Romanian brothers who were already known to police and already being held over another violent assault just an hour later, cops say.
The men had allegedly attacked a woman, sneaking up from behind her and violently stealing her handbag.
The spokesman for Spain’s National Police in Alicante said: “Two men, aged 19 and 21, have been arrested as the alleged perpetrators of the crimes of violent robbery, theft, and assault causing bodily harm.
“After attacking a man in a public street to steal his wallet, a crime captured in a video circulating on social media, the suspects violently stole a woman’s handbag by suddenly attacking her from behind.
“Passers-by at the scene of the handbag robbery, after being alerted by the victim, chased the assailants, managed to catch up with them, and recovered the stolen handbag.

“Officers from the National Police and the Local Police of Benidorm attended the scene of both incidents.
“After assisting the victims and taking custody of the two men who had been detained by members of the public, they established the connection between the two crimes in terms of those responsible, determining that both incidents had been committed by these two men.
“They were ultimately arrested on charges of violent robbery, theft, and assault causing bodily harm.
“The victim shown in the video, after receiving treatment at a hospital, was discharged to recover at home.”
Cops say the man came out of the ordeal with superficial injuries.
The two young suspects appeared before a Benidorm court on June 30, however it is not clear whether they remain in custody or have been released on bail.
Last month, an 88-year-old man died after he was mugged in front of his wife in broad daylight in Tenerife.
Police say a man violently attacked the OAP, named Ray, while he attempted to steal his wife’s handbag.
He suffered a heart attack after falling backwards and smashing to the ground following the struggle with his assailant.
Ray had travelled to the holiday island with his wife, 79, to celebrate his birthday when the tragedy struck.
Officers later arrested three suspects, including a 34-year-old Senegalese man with previous convictions for similar crimes.
His two alleged accomplices, were waiting for him nearby in a getaway car and were described as a 20-year-old Venezuelan and a 36-year-old Cuban man.
