His growing reputation was recognized last year when he became the first recipient of The Hip Hop Museum’s Rap’s Next Generation Award.

The partnership with UnitedMasters places La Reezy alongside an independent music platform known for helping artists maintain ownership of their music while developing long-term careers. Founded by Steve Stoute, the company has worked with a growing roster of artists while focusing on artist independence and creative control.

UnitedMasters praised La Reezy’s authenticity and vision, with Stoute calling him an artist with the qualities needed to become a major name in today’s evolving music industry.

“La Reezy’s authenticity consistently shines in each of his creative offerings,” Stoute said, adding that the company believes he has the tools to build a lasting career.

For La Reezy, the deal represents more than just a contract — it represents a partnership built around his music, culture and message.

“The partnership with UnitedMasters has been nothing but a blessing,” La Reezy said. “The team executes and supports my ideas 100%. I appreciate how invested they are in my music, my message, and my culture.”

His manager Eric Evander, founder of The Pinnacle Ent, also believes the partnership aligns with the bigger vision behind La Reezy’s career.

“La Reezy is one of the most prolific and exciting artists in music today,” Evander said. “His artistry, consistency, and connection to culture set him apart.”

The upcoming album Skiddle Bandana is scheduled for release on July 7 and will feature tracks including “Melanate It,” the jazz-inspired single “How Did You Love Me,” and “Family Bizzy.”

The project explores themes of family, relationships, grief, loyalty and Southern identity while blending influences from jazz, soul, trap and the rich musical traditions of New Orleans.

With his UnitedMasters partnership and debut album on the way, La Reezy is positioning himself as one of the next artists to watch from the New Orleans hip-hop scene.
