The film centers around Manco Kapak (played by Russell Crowe), a nightclub owner planning to retire from the dangerous underworld with his girlfriend. However, his plans are completely disrupted when his nightclub is attacked by a group of masked armed robbers (played by Nina Dobrev and Aaron Paul). Manco then finds himself trapped by ruthless cartel gangs and must confront a mysterious buyer (Luke Evans) who wants to acquire his business. Surrounded from all sides, he is forced to use his most violent survival skills to find a way out.
