Port Charles is heading into one of its most chaotic weeks yet as multiple storylines collide into betrayal, captivity, and desperate escape attempts across General Hospital.

General Hospital Spoilers December 12: Nathan & Dante's Discovery

In the week of May 25–29, Dante Falconeri finds himself at the center of a painful emotional storm after a betrayal pushes him down a dangerous and unpredictable path. Whatever this betrayal is, it threatens not only his stability but also his ability to protect the people he cares about most — especially Rocco.

At the same time, Josslyn Jacks reaches her breaking point inside confinement. Weary, frustrated, and running out of patience, she begins plotting a bold escape attempt that puts her directly in Cassius’ path. But what she doesn’t realize is that Cassius is not just watching — he’s prepared to confront her in a tense and potentially dangerous showdown.

Elsewhere, Lulu Spencer takes things even further than before as she prepares a major move that may include fake passports and a full plan to flee Port Charles with Rocco. Her growing fear for her son’s safety pushes her toward a decision that could permanently fracture her relationship with Dante, especially if he discovers the extent of her plan.

But Lulu isn’t the only one trying to protect Rocco.

Britt Westbourne also steps into the chaos, making a significant decision driven by concern for Rocco’s safety and his connection to Charlotte and Danny. Her actions suggest she may know more about the Wyndemere situation than she’s letting on, and her choices could place her directly in conflict with powerful forces already operating in the shadows.

Meanwhile, the situation at Wyndemere becomes even more dangerous.

Ross Cullum is seen returning to the estate, and spoilers suggest he may be planning to take Charlotte and Danny captive. This raises the stakes dramatically, as the teens find themselves increasingly trapped in a situation far bigger and more dangerous than they anticipated.

As if that wasn’t enough, Britt also finds herself drawn deeper into the larger conspiracy when she decides to share new information with Sidwell. The details reportedly involve Cullum and a possible connection to Marco’s death, suggesting that multiple layers of deception and violence are now converging into one explosive storyline.

On another front, Willow struggles under the pressure of trying to fix the chaos she has created, while Nina becomes increasingly entangled in the emotional and moral fallout surrounding Drew and Brennan’s situation. Their fragile alliance continues to crack under the weight of secrets and suspicion.

And in the middle of it all, Laura demands answers from Alexis, signaling that long-buried truths may finally be forced into the open.

But the most explosive thread of the week remains clear:

Josslyn fighting to escape, Lulu preparing to flee, and Cullum pushing toward kidnapping Charlotte and Danny all point to one thing — Port Charles is on the verge of total collapse.
